- I'll never become a Christian. Those are the words I spoke three days before I did. What changed my mind? I had a dream. In it, I was in the pitch black closeness of a tunnel, like a sewer, climbing up a ladder. I couldn't see the rungs, just felt them as I climbed. I was compelled to climb it. Climb I did. Until I hit the top. Stuck. But I knew I couldn't go down. I couldn't see. It was just so dark. And then, there was light. Jesus opened the ceiling, and I saw light. A brilliant kingdom of light. That's when I saw the light. Ever since that morning, I've been trying to figure out the God who wanted to free me from darkness, the God who wanted me to know Him. And, He's revealed Himself in my life in manifold ways.
